Potter Village Estates
David White has again chosen CHPT as the recipient of open space! The approximately 14 acres is part of Potter Villages Estates, a flexible subdivision located on Lindsey Lane and abutting the Dudley town line. This parcel contains a meadow, stream, beautiful forest, and an old cart path that will be open to passive, non-motorized, recreation. Many thanks to Dave White of White Development and Attorney Bob Levite for working with us so diligently on the conveyance of this property.
Recent Activity:
December 10, 2011: Thanks to our Trustees and volunteers for this morning's work at Potter Village open space. Three chain saws and many hands made quick work of downed trees on the cart path. Shout out to abutter Mike for his offer to help remove the tree debris!
