Preservation Estates

CHPT stewards two open space parcels conveyed as part of the Preservation Estates subdivision built by Russ and Brant Jennings of Jenning Custom Homes. Located off of Stafford Street and abutting homes on Jayne's Way, the 1.577 acre parcel contains a stream, a stone wall, and many deer paths. It also abuts the Oxford town line. There are no trails, but you can walk down to the stream. The second parcel, 4.211 acres, is located off of Marrissa's Circle. Due to its proximity to the railroad tracks and thick vegetative growth, this parcel will be maintained in its natural state as a habitat for wildlife, and sight and sound buffer from the tracks for the Preservation Estates community.
