Willow Tree Farm

David Gemme of GEM Builders has donated another 5+ acres of open space to CHPT! This parcel is part of Willow Tree Farm, a flexible subdivision located on Willow Tree Lane off of A.F. Putnam Road in Charlton. This mostly forested parcel contains a variety tree species and plenty of mountain laurel. Once the subdivision is complete, there will be a looping trail through the open space for walkers and hikers to enjoy. It's a pleasure to be working with Mr. Gemme to preserve additional open space in town.
