CHPT Properties

CHPT stewards 19 parcels totalling over 200 acres in Charlton! Each property has its own web page. All of these properties are open to the public for passive, non-motorized, recreation.

The Forest Woodland Enhancement Plans and Bird Habitat Assessments are completed at Cranberry Meadow, Great Blue Heron Cove, Jennings Road Extension, Lindsay Lane, and Hammond Woods. Our goal is to begin to implement the recommendations contained in these plans to improve the health of our forests and the bird habitats contained within them. Thanks to MA Licensed Forester, Jim DiMaio, for all of his hard work preparing these plans and submitting them to DCR for approval!
